Piervin Eye Features

PiervinEye User

A PiervinEye user is an employee or team member who uses the PiervinEye mobile application to log arrivals and departures to client locations or work site.

Reports: Payroll

PiervinEye makes gathering worked hours easy. We also provide you clear accumulated payroll hours for both historical and future reporting.

Reports: Clock In/Out

PiervinEye allows employees to gather clock-in and clock-out data for multiple reporting purposes. The PiervinEye clock in/out feature allows the time manager to use the reported hours for certifying work time and place. The clock in/clock out feature provides a few things:

  1. You have good data; and
  2. You can turn that data into meaningful insight. PiervinEye helps on both counts. Our mobile apps ensure accurate time tracking data and the website gives you powerful timesheet reporting tools. Whether you use the data for job costing, invoicing or payroll, PiervinEye has the time reports you need.

Scheduling

Employee Scheduling is an important part of any business. It’s even more critical when your workforce is in the field. Employees can see their schedule right from their smartphones, so they always know where to be. If anything on the schedule changes, your workforce gets notified immediately. Even with changing conditions, supplier delays, and last-minute service calls, PiervinEye can keep your employees on schedule.

Timeoffs

Employee Timeoff hours are managed using PiervinEye. The service allows employees to request and manage off hours all from inside the mobile app. The requests are review and approved by the time manager on the web portal.

Locations

A location’s function in creating a schedule in PiervinEye is key as a schedule points to a location where the employee or team member is assigned to work a shift. The number of locations allowed in each customer’s account to support scheduling is based on the type or size of the account.

Absences

Allow PiervinEye to use schedule variations to and missed clock-ins to help understand team member and employee punctuality.

Push notifications

Many activities that happen during the use of PiervinEye mobile and web do trigger email and sms notification to the employee and time manager’s accounts.

Map of work location

When a team member or employee clocks into a PiervinEye schedule, the web application uses the collected GPS location to create a googlemap visualization of where the employee clocked into the mobile app at. This feature helps to quickly generate readable live maps sourced from the gps coordinates obtained by PiervinEye at clock in or clock out.

Geo Fencing

PiervinEye periodically pings an employee’s mobile device after clocking into a schedule and notifies the time manager via email or SMS of any schedule deviation greater than a quarter mile from the scheduled address. This geo fencing feature affords you the luxury of knowing when your employees or team leave or arrive at a job site.

Video Log

While clocked in to a schedule, PiervinEye provides the employee or team the ability to create video logs with the mobile app which is uploaded, archived and accessible by the time manager on the web. The video logs may be used as end of day report logs or proof of work and certification of visits and event notes. An employee has the ability to create multiple videos during a schedule.

End of Shift Summary

When the employee or team member clocks out of PiervinEye, they are prompted for a brief summary of events during the shift. The summary provided is also collected by the PiervinEye api and reported under the employee’s profile status on the time manager’s web portal.
